  • Participate in the full development life cycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain projects by functionally implementing the applications in chosen functional areas, such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Enterprise Asset Management or Quality Management.
  • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance in supply chain management and proactively identifies risks and mitigation plans within respective functional area.
  • Participating and documenting design sessions with customers to ensure business process requirements are met and configured within the system.
  • Reviewing accounting and financial processes and assisting with recommending solutions, best practices, and approaches within D365 Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Assisting with recommending solutions using third-party applications.
  • Performing financial configuration, testing, training, and deployment of the system.
  • Maintaining expertise with D365 Finance and Supply Chain finance functionality, release schedules, and ISV solutions.
  • Understanding and utilising Microsoft toolsets such as Lifecycle Services, BPM/RSAT, and DevOps during projects.
  • Ensuring application design and architecture components are fit for AO business processes while keeping them simple and standardised.
  • Carry out analysis workshops- interacting directly with the project team, end users and stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and problem statements.
  • Maintaining the Global configuration parameters for a central source of truth and audit purposes
  • Assist with end user training to increase knowledge and buy in from end users.
  • Second line support for end user 'functional' issues
A Few Things About YouYou need to be a great communicator and have solid interpersonal skills as you'll be part of a team working with stakeholders. You must also have:
  • 3-5 years consulting in the Microsoft eco-system with a combination of 2-4 D365 F&O or AX 2012 R2, R3 full lifecycle implementations in finance/Supply Chain.
  • A natural problem solver with a logical approach who enjoys going in and 'fixing things' and finding solutions.
  • Able to keep calm under pressure and deal with setbacks in a positive way.
  • Passion to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management applications.
  • Willingness to be trained, coached, and mentored.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Mentor Functional Analysts.
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements and streamline/automate business processes.
  • Experience specializing within the following D365 F&SCM modules: Advanced Warehouse / Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Valuation and Closing, Logistics, Product Information Management, Product Returns and/or Supply Chain
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes.
