- Apply paint to many surfaces including but not limited to walls, ceilings, and doors
- Scrape, sandpaper, prime, and seal surfaces prior to painting
- Select and buy paint from vendors
- Wallpaper removal and installation
- Hardwood refinishing
- Wall surface repaid
- Other duties as assigned
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or residential buildings as an engineer
- Ability to work both inside and outside in all weather
- Strong painting skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create smooth, consistent, and visually appealing finishes
- Proficiency in accurately matching and blending paint colors to achieve desired results
- Commitment to safety practices and awareness of potential hazards in the workplace
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and demonstrating a positive and cooperative attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
- Occasionally work off hours to complete tasks in high traffic areas
