In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Outbound Sales team, reporting to the Outbound Sales Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders.Key Responsibilities:Focus your time on areas that will help improve cold calling and outbound sales processesOffer callback support to leads being nurtured ie: constant training and supportMonitor upgrade conversion to ensure CAC targets are metManage daily metrics and de-risk anything that will affect performanceDriving sales targets and ensuring team members achieve their daily/monthly KPIs and sales conversionsAddressing all team issues and concerns on a daily basisDispositioning, Talk time, Dialer productivity and sales conversionLiaising with marketing weekly and providing feedbackConducting coaching sessions, performance assessments, and disciplinaries.Ensuring that all operational requirements and changes are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders and staffTraining and mentoring team members on best practices and constantly improving their skillsetInitiating sales process improvementsWorking closely with the Outbound Manager, Head of Sales and Marketing to scale the team using the level structureEstablishing a structure with proper metrics monitored daily to manage the team effectively and continually improve team performanceContinually reviewing and optimising all sales processes to enhance performanceEnsuring full compliance with policies and procedures and collaborating with HR to conduct disciplinariesDemonstrating a proven ability to lead and energise sales teams, creating a positive buzz dailyRequirements & Skills:Understanding data and reporting1 to 2 years Team Lead experience in a Call Centre Sales environmentTelesales experience targeting the UK market.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation skills, along with the ability to motivate team members.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and be a great team player.Benefits & Remuneration:R15,000 - R22,00 per month based on experienceDiscretionary bonus schemeSubsidized On-site parkingMedical Insurance on Flexicare plan under DiscoveryFree access to our Employee Wellness Program with ICASJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: R15 000,00 - R22 000,00 per monthApplication Question(s):Do you have 1 to 2 years Team Lead experience in a Call Centre Sales environment?Do you have Telesales experience targeting the UK market?Application Deadline: 2024/05/15
