- Develop and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly dynamic forecasts of expected revenue results, variances and budget comparisons.
- Develop and maintain pricing tools (for example: elasticity of demand calculators, pace and lead time reports) and profitability models.
- Grow ads & monetization revenue & maximize profitability by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values, volumes, conversion rates, margin rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and make pricing recommendations for each partner's segments to obtain the best business mix in Romania.
- Lead revenue-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations.
- Oversee and manage all day to day pricing operations.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals.
- Min. 3 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in commercial facing teams.
- A strong grasp of statistical concepts, especially those related to experiment design and analysis.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data.
- In-depth knowledge of BI tools such as Looker and practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performance.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads
- Ability to turn strategic insights into actions, by structuring and leading projects. Build hypotheses and test them (sometimes by piloting projects entirely).
- Commercially minded with an empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
- Project management / coordination skills. Determined to get things done.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
- Bachelor in economics, statistics, marketing, advertising preferred.
- Excellent SQL skills
- Proficiency with python
