Job Description:Second Line Support TechnicianBuckleyup to £32,000ShortList Recruitment are on the lookout for a Second Line Support Technician to join a fantastic client based in Buckley who are going through a period of exciting growth.The Second Line Support Technician will be responsible for providing advanced IT desk support for all aspects of the business, serving as the second line of support for members of the team. In a friendly work environment, they can support enthusiastic candidates in their technical development, provide opportunities to work with modern technology, and offer avenues for career growth.The IT Support Technician will escalate more complex faults, keep users updated on progress and completion of all IT-related incidents, and ensure top-class customer service at all times.Essential skills for the Second Line Support Technician:

Previous experience in a 2nd Line support role or similar IT administration role.

Resolve and escalate technical issues as needed, dealing with escalated tickets.

Assist in installing/configuring new hardware and software.

Manage and maintain user accounts.

Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Strong communication skills.
