Job Description:Royal Ocean Marine is a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry and we are currently seeking a Sales Support to join our client's team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our Sales Department, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. The role will involve working closely with our Sales Team to help maintain and grow our market position by providing timely and accurate data and insights. The Sales Admin will play a vital role in driving the company's sales efforts, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Responsibilities

Manage sales leads and opportunities, ensuring that they are up to date and accurate
Process sales orders and invoices, ensuring that all relevant information is correct
Assist with the preparation of quotes and proposals as required
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Manage customer and prospect databases, keeping them up to date with relevant information
Assist with the management of sales reporting, ensuring that data is timely and accurate
Help to plan and coordinate sales events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

Requirements:

Any clerical experience
Good understanding of sales processes and procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and to build effective working relationships.
