- Manage sales leads and opportunities, ensuring that they are up to date and accurate
- Process sales orders and invoices, ensuring that all relevant information is correct
- Assist with the preparation of quotes and proposals as required
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer and prospect databases, keeping them up to date with relevant information
- Assist with the management of sales reporting, ensuring that data is timely and accurate
- Help to plan and coordinate sales events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Any clerical experience
- Good understanding of sales processes and procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and to build effective working relationships.
