Due to evolving business needs, we are currently recruiting for a Manager, ESG to lead ESG initiatives and reporting.The RoleReporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the ESG function regionally. The key responsibilities include staying updated on ESG regulations and reporting standards, preparation of the annual sustainability as well as internal management reporting and other external reports for stakeholders. Perform gap analysis to identify the requirements for regulatory compliance (i.e. reporting standards) and best practice (i.e. ESG rating agencies and other external stakeholders) with what the business has in place and the actions and steps needed to bridge the gap. Co-lead together with relevant internal stakeholders to look into implementation of new processes, internal ESG literacy/education, tracking of more detailed metrics, setting of concrete and measurable ESG targets, and integrating ESG considerations within the business functions. Maintain database to efficiently manage and organize ESG dataset to monitor and report ESG metrics and KPIs. Responding to annual ESG surveys/questionnaires from the various major ESG rating agencies. Conducting an annual enterprise risk assessment, with evaluations on the potential opportunities, risks and quantifying potential financial impacts. Finally, to provide ESG-related support to internal stakeholders.Your ProfileTo qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree from a relevant discipline and professional qualifications will be advantageous. It is essential to have a strong understanding of key regulatory and sustainability standards and framework. We are seeking an effective communicator with good reporting writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
