Child safer recruitment procedures operate and all offers of employment are subject to references and an Enhanced DBS check for all applicants.The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the school is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are ‘spent’ unless ‘protected’ under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.Starting Salary: £19,689.30Location: The Russett School, Middlehurst Avenue, Weaverham, Northwich, Cheshire CW8 3BW.Contract: Temporary (12 months) leading to opportunity for permanent following successful probation periodWork Pattern: Part Time/Term Time 39 weeks per year (including 5 INSET days.)Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 8.40am to 3.40pm.
