- Ensure the smooth running of the Kitchen operations.
- Managing stakeholder relationships including with Qantas, Neil Perry Consulting, and suppliers.
- Safety – champion the food safety plan, ensuring that the kitchen and operation is fully compliant at all time, be a leader with driving a safety culture for team members and passengers.
- Financial – managing costs to meet budgets, rolling out initiatives to drive lounge key performance indicators.
- Customer – ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with targets set
- People – ensure the kitchen brigade perform at the highest levels by ensuring Accor’s people process is followed. This includes coaching, training, performance reviews and engagement initiatives.
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery with strong knowledge of food safety / HACCP.
- Proven people management, kitchen management, and organisational skills
- Understand that leadership is by example and from the front
- Possess the adaptability to build strong working relationships
- A passion for and great knowledge of food & beverage
- Previous kitchen experience managing at a premium / five-star / fine dining level
- Experience working in Airports would be advantageous, but not essential.
