- 3-5 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and processes
- Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
