:Maintenance Planning Support:
  • Review / issue daily Maintenance schedules and verify work orders to ensure resources availability.
  • Issue and follow up routine and preventive maintenance Plan for plant maintenance, and issue Reports.
  • Monitor the implementation of the maintenance plans and flag concerns well in advance and update the management accordingly.
  • Prepare the Site Weekly Meeting Agenda, present the current maintenance and inspection performance, highlight the main issues and concerns and update the MOM.
  • Attending daily PTW meeting to resolve, support and update any maintenance planning issues affecting day to day maintenance and operation.
  • Ensure proper collection and completion of maintenance documentation and input all appropriate data (from work orders, requisitions, etc.) into the Maintenance System to assist analysis and the future scheduling of work.
  • Serve as focal point for Maintenance Management System update and implementation. Coordinate the development and maintenance of databases for equipment history, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
  • Follow up on the job preparation detailing man-hour estimates, spare parts requirements and workshop/other section support services to establish work priorities.
  • Participate in the preparation of various maintenance reports including detailed backlog report and performance reports.
  • Ensure that all resources for planned activities are available on time and the relevant data is reported in the system. Monitor the progress of all maintenance daily activities and issue various reports to monitor compliances and ensure that maintenance related KPIs are successfully met.
  • Support the development of procedures for implementing the key processes of the central maintenance planning section.
RequirementsSupervision
  • Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
  • Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.
Budgets
  • Provide input for preparation of the Department/ Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
  • Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
  • Implement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department / Section’s work programs in line with Company and International standards.
  • Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.
Performance Management
  • Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
  • Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
  • Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and COMPANY Code of Practices
Reports
  • Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management
