Summary
As a Project Manager for the Catalyst team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our one of a kind decentralized grant program. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, your proactive and autonomous approach will lead you to work across various areas such as operations, marketing, legal, procurement and HR. Success in this role is marked by the efficient management of end to end projects contributing to the seamless execution of Catalyst operations.Duties
  • Manage end-to-end project workflows, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring all projects adhere to time and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with various teams including operations, marketing, legal, procurement, and HR through creation and monitoring of service tickets using Jira.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, including tracking dependencies, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Produce regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to the Delivery Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to ensure project alignment and address any issues promptly.
  • Enhance project management frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
RequirementsKey Competencies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using project management software, specifically Jira.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work well in teams, driving projects forward and to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail and the ability to foresee project challenges and proactively address them.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and manage frequent pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to consume complex information and create an easy to digest summary for senior management for decision making.
Education / Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years Project management experience, preferably in a startup or technology-focused environment.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and interfacing with various departments such as legal, marketing, and HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the blockchain technology space and agile methodologies is a plus.
