As a Technical Services Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the technical operations of their facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for you to show off your expertise and contribute to the success of business. You will be responsible for managing a team of technical professionals responsible for the maintenance and operation of their facilities. The portfolio you will be working on is a Commercial building that is 200,000 sq ft. Benefits Package

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technical professionals responsible for the maintenance and operation of our facilities.
  • Develop smooth functioning of technical services, including preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage the budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate the performance and condition of the facility's technical systems and equipment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Education:
  • Completed IOSH/ NEBOSH.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in technical services management.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
