Working closely with teachers and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), you will assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to students with SEN in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to the individual needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students' learning and development.
  • Monitor and record students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Assist with personal care and sensory needs of students, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with SEN preferred but not essential.
