For more information, visit .Job DescriptionAs a Finance PTP Trainee, you will play a crucial role in our accounts payable team, contributing to the smooth functioning of financial operations. Your tasks will involve handling invoices, working with suppliers, and performing other operational tasks. Here are the key responsibilities for this role:

Receive and review invoices from vendors and suppliers.
Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Enter invoice details into the accounting system.
Ensure timely payment processing.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Address inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
Help reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Prepare and process payment runs (e.g., checks, electronic transfers).
Handle expense reports and employee reimbursements.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Learn by doing under the guidance of senior team members.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your financial knowledge.
Gain exposure to multiple aspects of accounts payable processes.

You will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Team LeadQualificationsEducation: A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills:

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Proficiency in English.
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in finance or accounting is desirable but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Basic understanding of financial principles.
