- Receive and review invoices from vendors and suppliers.
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Enter invoice details into the accounting system.
- Ensure timely payment processing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Address inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
- Help reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Prepare and process payment runs (e.g., checks, electronic transfers).
- Handle expense reports and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Learn by doing under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your financial knowledge.
- Gain exposure to multiple aspects of accounts payable processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Proficiency in English.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in finance or accounting is desirable but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic understanding of financial principles.
