Miramar Group is a member of Henderson Land Group, with a diversified business portfolio covering hotels and serviced apartments, property investment, food and beverage and travel services in Hong Kong and major cities in China.Due to substantial expansion plans, we are now looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our Group.Job description 職責:Promoting new menu and current discount 推廣新菜單和近期折扣優惠；Welcome and escort guests to table 歡迎並護送客人就座；Answer all questions related to food, beverage and service 回答客人對餐飲及服務上的相關問題；Handle reservations and assign tables accordingly 協助客人預訂餐廳訂枱等相關服務；Communicate with report persons about table arrangements and reservation status 與客人聯絡及回應訂枱狀況；Report to managers and supervisors of any guest comments and complaints 向經理及上級匯報有關客人意見及投訴；Perform all duties / work assigned by direct / indirect managers 完成經理及上級下達的工作。Job specification 要求:F.5 or above 中五或以上學歷；Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in Chinese Cuisine 一年或以上相關工作經驗；Good interpersonal and communication skills
