- provide guidance to the team’s inquiries regarding technical issues,
- oversee IT/ICT risk management, information security policies and procedures,
- manage our infrastructure,
- prepare and submit regulatory reporting working with Compliance and Risk departments where necessary,
- as well as helping to build and maintain bitFlyer Europe systems.
- Provide technical support both internally and to customers,
- Assist the customer support representatives,
- Setup, maintain and monitor performance and security of bitFlyer Europe IT infrastructure,
- Manage and operate the cloud infrastructure,
- Draft and revise our information security policy and other IT related policies,
- Handle regulatory IT compliance reporting to the regulator and perform an IT audit,
- Customer on-boarding,
- Manage service level agreements with third party IT services providers.
- Education - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or equivalent.
- Experience / Knowledge
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required,
- Good knowledge of the entire IT landscape,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure preferred,
- Knowledge and prior exposure to Information Security, ICT risk management would be a plus.
- Languages
- Fluent in English (oral/written),
- Other European languages or Japanese language are a plus.
