Global Data Office is responsible for providing AI solutions and data support to all functions.Main Tasks:
1. Assist in Database usage, connection and authorization application
2. Organize meeting, record user requirement, meeting minutes and follow up action items
3. Support documentation, make PPT and other user training documents
4. Other tasks assigned by Regional Data OfficerRequirements:
1. At least 4days attendance per week, last at least 6 months.
2. Familiar with Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
3. Good at English documentation, Photoshop and AI software is a plus
4. Hands-on attitude, willing to learn and take challenge.
5. Excellent English listen and written skills.Stay alert for possible recruitment fraud!
