What the role is:You implement strategies to enable agile transformation in MINDEF/SAF corporate IT ecosystem.What you will be working on:On this, you lead product teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value to businesses and employees. You also establish partnerships with industry players to bring in best-in-class solutions.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification. You should be adaptable and flexible in responding to changing priorities, be able to oversee a wide range of activities and make decisions independently. Strong stakeholder management skills is also essential. Experience in transformation projects, and/or strong understanding of agile development methodology will be an added advantage.
