You will be joining the team who will be responsible for implementing RABS on the line fillers. The implementation involves automation and mechanical solutions, supporting the production after the implementation in the area Injectable Finished Products in Bagsværd.Your tasks will include:
  • Implementing improvements going toward RABS
  • Be responsible for the documentation on the implemented improvements.
  • Supporting and developing initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Your experience includes:
  • Preferably bachelor- or master's degree within engineering: Maskinmester/Marine Engineer, Mechanical, Automation or similar.
  • Preferably you have a few years of experience within automation and pharmaceutical production, but newly graduated candidates with some production experience will also be taken into consideration.
  • Strong flair for mechanical/electrical interfaces.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Ideally Danish speaker or willing to learn.

You naturally involve experts and stakeholders with relevant know-how to help you get to the root-cause of any issues, you're dealing with. Injectable Finished Products (IFP) represents a global part of the Novo Nordisk organisation, employing approximately +6000 employees in Denmark, China, Brazil, France and USA.The Line Filling department in Bagsværd employs approx. 220 divided into 3 support teams and a subdivision with 7 operational teams. The primary purpose of the department is to deliver the product filling of our penfills in an aseptic environment.At Bagsværd, we manufacture many of Novo Nordisk's marketed products and have production for development studies. Our factory is approved to supply worldwide, and our strategic role is therefore to be flexible and adaptable to support Novo Nordisk's supply chain. LEAN management is essential in our production to ensure optimal utilization of our production capacity.
You will be part of the Future operations & validation team in IFP Bagsværd which entails many different areas of expertise needed to ensure the effective and safe aseptic production of pharmaceuticals, e.g. IT/Automation, mechanical/electrical engineering and Project Management.
