Investment Manager, Real Estate Equity, Europe – ParisThis is a great job for someone who has extensive transaction experience in real estate, including review of legal documentation, technical documentation, structuring, debt and tax.A bit about the job:The Investment Manager role will assist the Fund Management team in sourcing and executing real estate opportunities that are aligned to the company’s strategic goals in Continental Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of deals; from origination to closing, then management of the property to ensure performance in line with original underwrite, and final disposal to deliver returns in excess of target. The team are spread across multiple European locations, with the main investment management hub being based in Paris, fund management and analyst support in London & Frankfurt, and back office support in London and Luxembourg.Skills and experience we’re looking for:Ability to guide an internal & external team in executing a transaction optimally (balancing time, risks, commercial reality etc)Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasksKnowledge of the pan-European real estate marketMasters level degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business related degreeMRICS, CFA or other professional market experience is desiredTeam player with strong leadership skillsAviva is for everyone:We are inclusive and welcome everyone – we want applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.Excited but not sure you tick every box?
