RESPONSIBILITIESYour main focus:

Creation of Beauty Bars planograms for Colour brands (Rimmel, Max Factor, Miss Sporty, Sally Hansen & Bourjois) for CZ/SK markets based on the CEE guidelines
Ensure effectiveness of the planograms in the context of ROS and Costs of inserts and merchandising
Creation of visual upgrades of existing Beauty Bars in line with brands' strategy & global upgrades deployment with the most efficient manner and in-line with CEE Instore strategy
Responsibility for submission of ROI driven Capex for CZ&SK
Effective budget planning and management for all BB upgrades, merchandising, HotSpots and secondaries
Supervision and conduction of Beauty Bars updates for all NPDs
Creation & production of secondary displays
Management of the process of development and delivery of in-store materials for novelties, ensuring cost optimization, right quality, and speed to market
Management an external warehouse & merchandiser connected with POS & Beauty Bars service

Practical knowledge of visual merchandising, planogram rules & POS designs development & production
Proven track record of large & complex project management
Very strong analytical skills
Advanced interpersonal skills & negotiating skills
Good organization and planning skills - big picture & detail oriented
Ability of multitasking, prioritization, effective coordination
Fluent command of English language (writing, speaking, reading)
Advanced Excel knowledge is a must
