- Conducts long-term and mid-term trend analysis on supply chain operational performance and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Develops network strategy scenario analysis and financial impact assessment
- Develops opportunity for practical application of cost-to-serve model as basis to drive supply chain strategy and operations
- Partners with other departments in data gathering and business requirements to drive optimum business solutions
- Supports cross-functional execution of supply chain optimization projects
- Develops process mapping and SOP documentation for agreed-upon cross-functional processes
- Develops ad hoc analysis and provides recommendations to drive continuous improvement of Supply Chain metrics such as cost-reduction, customer service, and network optimization
- Develops total-cost-to-serve models to illustrate financial impact of alternative course of actions in the Sales & Operations Planning process
- Builds proforma analysis for “as is” and “to be” processes and business scenarios in support of network optimization projects
- Develops executive presentation decks summarizing analysis, assumptions, and recommendations
- Participates as a team member on supply chain strategy projects by providing support on data modeling and general analysis
- Supports development of departmental presentations with analysis key findings and insights
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain / operations with exposure to finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new systems
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
