-Specification writing.
-Translation of functional elements into practical hardware and software solutions.
-Simulation of system solutions and performance prediction.
-Prototype acquisition, integration, and testing of equipment.
-Plan, resource, and manage the systems engineering tasks to achieve the stated objectives, including design reviews at applicable system level.
-Report on progress and risks per system or development project.
-Pro-active identification and mitigation of risks.
-Adherence regarding aviation regulatory compliance matters and statutory requirements.
-Support procurement activities with technical requirements, including sourcing i.a.w requirements.
-Support costing of avionics and electrical system solutions.
-Support Process Planning Sheet preparation for avionics and electrical system integration.
-Manage avionics and electrical database.
-Support assembly line activities and queries on avionics and electrical systems.
-Support loom design and wire printing.
-Manage interface definition and wiring diagrams, including configuration changes.
-Support the flight test program and oversee Mobile Telemetry Vehicle operations.Qualification and Experience-Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
-Post graduate qualification in Electronic/Electrical or Systems Engineering and/or Project Management would be an advantage.
-Experience in military systems engineering processes would be an advantage.
-Experience in avionics and associated communication protocols (e.g. ARINC 429, RS485).
-Experience in the management of engineering teams would be an advantage.Please send your cv to
