Senior Executive, Marketing Strategy

• Keep track of division’s key performances and provide regular reports and analysis with actionable insights.
• Responsible for the preparation of board papers and other management reports/presentation materials to the Management and Board.
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis.
• Keep abreast with consumer trends & marketing best practices via open source market research.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the demographics, psychologies, and behavioural drivers of Aeon Credit’s customers through regular comparative reporting and data analysis of internal customer data set.
• Coordinate activities between departments to ensure that key projects are completed on schedule.

• Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
• Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Power BI is an added advantage.
• Be detail-oriented and have good problem-solving skills.
• Robust analytical and customer insight skills
• Team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven
• Able to work independently with high ownership, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.
• Prepare to take on other roles and responsibilities when required.
