The Order to Cash (OTC) department`s responsibility covers all end-to-end OTC business management. The order-to-cash team is responsible for efficiently managing the entire process from Customer Master data to order placement to cash collection. This includes order processing, invoicing, credit checks, payment processing, and dispute management of any issues that may arise. Effective communication with customers and collaboration with other departments, such as sales and finance, are crucial for a smooth order-to-cash workflow.As a Sr. General Manager Central Operations, you will take full responsibility to lead Gurgaon Operations Team for Order to Cash (OTC). The Operations Team is accountable to ensure the “OTC Processes” have the required leaders, skills, tools, and talent to help support the multiple Business Units that operate in the Gurgaon OTC Business Center.In this role you would lead 3 Teams to support and implement the processes with strong connection to the respective OTC Business Units organizations. As a Strategic Partner with industry knowledge and experience you will be critical to build and develop a world-class OTC organization. Your team structure will have direct assignment of financial, operational and effectiveness/efficiency roles, responsibilities, and goals with the Order to Cash leadership within each process and across all multiple Business Units.

Project Management and Continuous Improvement
You will set up the structure to support ongoing activities, managing, motivating, and developing team members. You will also be expected to deliver department’s continuous quality improvements on financial reporting and control environment. You will be an OTC advocate of business process knowledge and expertise (Process Leaders), ability (Training), process adherence (Quality Assurance), process and technological improvements (Project Management and Continuous Improvement) from inception to implementation. This role also includes responsibility for the 3rd Party Collections and Legal process. You will have direct ownership that includes day-to-day execution, organizational design principles, implementation of standardized policies & practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.As Sr. leader, with the support of your team, you will also participate in Strategic & Operational Reviews with the multiple Business Units you support. This can include participating and presenting in Operational & Financial Reviews, Process Effectiveness & Efficiency Programs, and driving Senior Executive Strategy Decisions to improve processes in the OTC organization.
