Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a talented Procurement Administrator to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor to our strategic goals, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial transaction and supporting the purchasing department.Responsibilities
  • Invoice Management and processing for all stores department within Hotel Operations at Ayers Rock Resort.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and showcase any discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
  • Monitor and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers to follow up on delivery.
  • Communicate any order delay or changes to the appropriate teams at Ayers Rock Resort.
Key Criteria
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel etc.
  • Excellent both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong teamwork skills showcased across the resort.
  • Business acumen
  • Previous experience working with Materials Control is highly regarded
  • A background in purchasing is highly desirable
