As a key contributor to our strategic goals, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial transaction and supporting the purchasing department.Responsibilities
Invoice Management and processing for all stores department within Hotel Operations at Ayers Rock Resort.
Reconcile vendor statements and showcase any discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
Monitor and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers to follow up on delivery.
Communicate any order delay or changes to the appropriate teams at Ayers Rock Resort.
Key Criteria
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisation abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel etc.
Excellent both written and verbal communication.
Strong teamwork skills showcased across the resort.
Business acumen
Previous experience working with Materials Control is highly regarded
A background in purchasing is highly desirable
