- Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
- Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)
- Influence the B-to-B strategy working hand-in-hand with commercial and education team, lead the roll-out of material (service, advice, etc.)
- Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs
- Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally. Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines
- Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
- Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)
- Co-create together with A&I Manager and O+O Manager the activations and go to market concepts
- Mobilise other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy
- Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings
- Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how
- Defines annual brand plan, incl. launches, marketing mix strategy, education, commercial, Go to market
- Owns growth strategies in all channels
- Ensures consistency of tone of voice and promotions across online and offline channels
- Is the expert of the brand with an in-depth understanding of consumer/customer and market facts as well as trends and insights
- Manages the end-to-end marketing process, based on their marketing expertise
- Owns, Builds and follows brand P&L
- Owns all key brand metrics e.g. turnover, market share, brand equity
- Coordinates with key stakeholders in country and zone to ensure growth of the overall brand
- Managing and coaching the team
- Marketing expoerience, minimum 3 years
- Strategic thinker, knowing market’s and brand’s issues
- Excellent knowledge of the end-to-end marketing process
- Obsessed with customer and consumer centricity
- Understanding of P&L drivers and how to drive action plans
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong influencing skills : build and sustain excellent relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change through collaboration
- Management experience is a plus
