- You will be responsible for managing game operations to expand our partners' game publishing operations in emerging regions such as SEA, VN, LATAM, and MENA.
- This role involves leading multi-disciplinary, cross-regional Art & Marketing Teams to develop best-in-class game operations for multiple projects simultaneously.
- You will work closely with the team to provide improved and enhanced game operations to our partners in the gaming industry.
- Plan and execute an integrated Product Roadmap consisting of updates and activities.
- Work with management to identify product strategy and activities.
- Analyze and forecast game performance using daily statistics.
- Play both internal and competitor products to provide comparative analyses.
- Drive game operations together with the producer, programmers, and artists.
- Communicate the product vision to everyone before implementation.
- Constantly play, review, and verify the implementation of events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in game operations management, preferably in emerging regions such as SEA, VN, LATAM, or MENA.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and forecast game performance using daily statistics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey the product vision to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external parties.
- A passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of both internal and competitor products.
- Prior experience in planning and executing integrated product roadmaps consisting of updates and activities.
- Proactive attitude with a drive to constantly play, review, and verify the implementation of events.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry trends and best practices.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Experience working in game publishing companies or developers is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with partners and attend industry events.
