- As the website product owner you will work within the International marketing team
- You'll be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our websites to support demand generation, top of funnel growth and excellent user experience
- Involved with and coordinating content creation working with PR, marketing and product teams as well as analytics to measure your ongoing success and achievement towards business objectives
- Plan then prioritize the website roadmap working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing
- Implement the website vision and strategy across multiple geographies and be comfortable working across multiple timezones
- Manage the backlog working closely with delivery leads in China
- Identify initiatives to improve the websites with a focus on conversion optimisations and engagement
- Work with UED team to drive end to end website product initiatives including research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes and stories (with UX/Design), and ongoing optimisation
- Work with other internal departments identify customer pain points and to develop solutions
- Collate requirements in to briefing documents and collaborate with delivery leads to size up requirements
- Able to balance and manage core website initiatives and ad-hoc campaign projects
- Be comfortable conducting testing on the websites across devices and browsers
- Incorporate SEO best practices across multiple search engines and geographies
- Comfortable with creating wireframes in Figma
- Leverage relationships to successfully execute on objectives
- Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
- Bilingual - fluent in Chinese and English
- Track record in working on international/global sites, CX and site structure
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Strong understanding of international website UX/UI, design and development practices
- Experience using Figma
- Experience with web languages/code and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JS, REACT)
- Familiar with website architecture and infrastructure (DNS, Hosting, Security, SRE)
- Have knowledge about user-centred design principles and strong understanding of website user behaviour and the roles that websites play in customer experiences/journeys.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and user testing
- Experience with web analytics, CRO tools and data visualisation
- Experience with SEO crawlers such as SiteBulb or Screaming Frog
- A natural problem solver who is passionate about continuously improving the way they operate
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work within a changing and time pressured environment
- You're adaptable, quick thinking and keen to learn and grow
- Willingness to get into the detail and be hands on to drive tasks forward
- Have an understanding of, and respect for, different working cultures. Ability to work across multiple geographic time zones
