Job DescriptionAbout This JobThis role is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to harmonize benefits and policies globally. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills to secure buy-in, effective change management abilities, and the capacity to work with local teams to ensure successful deployment of harmonized benefits and policies globally.Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the existing benefits and policies of both companies to identify differences, similarities, and areas for harmonization.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to align benefits and policies across the two companies, considering legal requirements, market practices, employee needs, and company culture.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives and managers to communicate the benefits of harmonization and secure the buy in for the changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments involved in the integration process to ensure that the harmonization of benefits and policies aligns with the overall integration strategy.
  • Develop and execute a change management plan to support the harmonization process, including identifying potential resistance, providing support and communication plans, and monitoring impact of changes.
  • Develop training materials to help the teams understand and adapt to the new policies and benefits.
  • Work closely with local teams to ensure deployment of changes in benefits and policies, and implementation is smooth and meets the needs of local employees.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in benefits and policies, considering feedback from employees and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the harmonization process, including the rationale for decisions made and any changes implemented.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, managers, HR teams, to secure support and alignment.
  • Strong project management skills, with capability to plan, execute and monitor the harmonization process, including setting timelines, managing resources, and mitigating risks.
  • Ability to analyze data related to benefits, policies, and employee feedback to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present with different levels of seniority.
  • Ability to lead work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
