The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing outbound marketing programs that generate new prospects and improve existing opportunities for the sales team. The marketing channels include, but not limited to, email, direct mail, sales outreach, virtual & physical events. This role will act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams, as well as central demand functions such as global/integrated marketing & data teams to develop highly-targeted audiences and multi-touch marketing automations for those audiences.Why Join Sage? You will develop a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals, whilst coordinating with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, content creators, and design teams, to execute campaigns seamlessly. You will also push the envelope in creating compelling and impactful campaigns that differentiate the brand and achieve business goals.Qualifications:
  • Experience of direct response outbound marketing
  • In-depth email, direct mail or telemarketing experience.
  • In-depth marketing automation tool experience
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition
