- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Facilitate the selection process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the talent acquisition function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or human resources are a plus.
