Better Collective is looking to hire a talented Backend Developer for its office in Lodz, Poland. Would you like to strengthen your development skills, by working closely with high-end products? Then this is the right role for you.The roleAs a Backend Developer, you will join a skilled team in Lodz, which are at the moment expanding the circle of programmers. We develop web applications related to affiliations. We work with the Scrum methodology where every programmer has a real impact on our unique products.
We're searching for a talented individual to take on a multifaceted role, including:

70% backend;
30% modeling base on business requirements.

Object-oriented programming and design patterns, software development good practices, and well known principles

Skilled in backend technologies, experienced in PHP and at least one of framework (preferred Symphony)Know how to write clean and refactor the worst codeUnderstanding of the CI/CD practicesTest the code using various testsKnowledge of GITEnglish on the medium levelOpen to learn:
