Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Proven experience in export operations or logistics
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures (Letter of Credit knowledge is a plus)
Proficiency in English (Proficiency in other languages is a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (SAP is a plus)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation

Job Description:The Export Operation Specialist will be responsible for:

Arrangement of logistics and shipping for orders
Collaborating with international transportation and customs clearance firms to provide the most effective and efficient logistic solutions
Communicating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Preparing and reviewing export documentation, and delivering the prepared documentation to the customer
Ensuring proper execution of export procedures in close collaboration with the sales department
Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and export control laws
Managing, tracking, and improving of export processes
