- Support Investigation officers in any capacity possible regarding employee relations issues
- Managing the inbox regarding Employee Relations
- To contact and liaise the managers and provide advice and then come to a solution
- Manage caseload of ER cases- offering advice and guidance to managers
- Manage cases e.g. Disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, long/short term sickness
- Maintain the case system to ensure all information is up to date
- Deliver training to other staff members on NHS policies
- Be able to disseminate staff survey results and enact change based on the findings and overall evaluation of the results
- Liaise with ward managers and other departmental teams to create a synergised understanding on HR policy across the trust
- A confident and self-starting individual who can be autonomous within their day-to-day duties
- Knowledge of employment laws and NHS policies
- A strong individual who can hold up to various levels of management and provide clear and concise information and decisions
