Job Description : HR Business Partner (“HRBP”) contributes to the execution of the HR strategy within the region. The HRBP is an generalist with a wide range of HR knowledge. Leads regional HR change management projects and manages related internal and external communications. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management. Identifies and prepares development plans for the key and high potential employees and works with regional leaders to identify employees ready for promotion and advancement across different functions. The HRBP actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions within the HR organization. Other responsibilities including designing job descriptions and helps insure successful onboarding. Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes. On a regular basis, this position will assist with recruiting, training, on/off boarding, employee relations, and data management. Additional responsibilities may include: • Regional HR presence – reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, a dotted line to regional leadership, and Centers of Excellence (Global Recruiting, People Operations and Learning and Talent Development). • HR service delivery – supports recruiting, operations, and learning and talent development • Employee relations – including remote employee outreach and handling sensitive employee and legal matters • HR Talks facilitation, data capture, action plans • Facilitates manager and employee engagement • Engages with local universities • Assists with onboarding assistance and “Buddy” program • Assists with offboarding and exit interviews • Provides related HR analysis and service delivery • Training delivery including unique regional training • Provides compensation review and analysis (not approval) • Reviews job changes, promotions, and analysis (not approval) • Occasional travel to other parts of the region when necessary (~15%)RequirementsCompetencies
  • • Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of HR principles, theories and concepts. • Working under only general direction, provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. • • Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. • Bachelor's with 5 - 7 years of experience, or a master’s and 3 to 5 years of experience. • Minimum of 3 years as a HRBP with 3-5 years’ experience in a specialized HR discipline; recruiting, benefits administration, employee/labor relations, talent development, and HR operations. • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management. • Exceptional people management problem solving skills. • Experience with HR metrics, predictive analytics and familiarity with HRIS. • Experience with sensitive employee relations matters and labor legislation. • High capacity for work and the ability to successfully balance competing priorities simultaneously. • High attention to detail and data accuracy • Advanced English skills (oral and written) and Spanish
