We are seeking a skilled hair stylist who is interested in operating as an independent contractor within our salon. The ideal candidate should possess a solid client base and be willing to rent a station full-time. This position offers the opportunity to work in an upscale salon environment, catering to affluent clientele while enjoying the benefits of a supportive and team-oriented culture.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hair styling and finishing services to clients, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive salon experience.
- Manage appointments efficiently, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborate with salon team members to uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Actively participate in building and retaining clientele through outstanding service, networking, and social media engagement.
- Fulfill financial obligations by paying monthly rent for station usage within the salon.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, continuously improving skills to deliver cutting-edge services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Demonstrated artistic talent and creativity in hair styling and finishing techniques.
- Ability to pay monthly rent for station usage within the salon.

- Passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing exceptional service.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a hairstylist, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
- Current and valid California cosmetology license.
