Worth Recruiting – Property Industry RecruitmentSALES PROGRESSOR – Residential Estate AgencyLocation: Berkhamsted, HP4Salary: OTE £35kPosition: Permanent – Full TimeA fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, market leading independent Estate Agency based in Berkhamsted: our client requires a Sales Progressor to support their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven: you must have previous experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process.Candidates who have specifically been sales progressors previously, will be given favourable consideration.You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with Solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor role will include:

Previous sales progression experience essential
First class communication skills
Diplomatic and with problem solving abilities
Work to strict deadlines
Self-motivated
