- Develop a comprehensive built-up system utilising our roofing and cladding sheets, pioneering its introduction into the construction sector.
- Lead and oversee projects, from conception to completion, encompassing the entire product lifecycle: from initial stages through design, rigorous testing, and seamless implementation.
- Ensure strict adherence to both customer specifications and regulatory standards, guaranteeing product excellence and compliance.
- Spearhead product testing procedures, meticulously maintaining quality standards, and meticulously managing all associated documentation.
- Provide invaluable technical guidance to both clientele and sales personnel, fostering a deeper understanding of our product offerings.
- Conduct precise calculations to ascertain product suitability for diverse building projects, ensuring optimal performance and structural integrity.
- Actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of existing products while actively participating in the development of future innovations.
- Proficient in product design and development, with a keen ability to conceptualize and bring innovative ideas to fruition.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting thermal and structural calculations, ensuring the integrity and performance of products meet rigorous standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at liaising with diverse clientele to discern their specific requirements and preferences, translating them into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, fostering collaborative relationships and facilitating productive teamwork.
- Comprehensive understanding of architectural and manufacturing drawings, enabling precise interpretation and implementation of design specifications.
- Strong project management acumen, with a proven track record of effectively coordinating multifaceted projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Salary extremely competitive.
- Quarterly bonus up to £1,000 (dependant on attendance, effort, attitude, punctuality & attention to detail).
- Monday to Friday.
