- As a communication specialist, drive and execute the EMEA Distribution Operations communication strategy using various communication mediums ensuring consistency of message and style. Help improve employee communication effectiveness.
- Support the Sr Director, EMEA Distribution Operations in the development of key communication materials.
- Perform a wide range of general administrative duties for the Sr Director, EMEA Distribution Operations and its management team.
- Arrange, co-ordinate and minute meetings.
- Book flights, accommodation, transport and organize Visa for visitors and all travelling Approvals and record keeping of departments travels.
- Arranging charity, entertainment and team building events.
- Contact point for organizing site tours.
- Coordinate meeting preparation and documentation gathering for VIP visitors and for Directors attending meetings abroad.
- Fully co-ordinate and oversee Distribution Operations Management off-site conferences.
- Fully co-ordinate and oversee staff rewards as and when required, dealing with suppliers, placing orders, arranging delivery, and coordinating distribution.
- Supporting communication for a variety of campaigns, including but not limited to environmental ones.
