You will work in partnership with clients to promote health, prevent disease, maintain wellness and provide nursing care to referred clients in the communityOur purpose is to encourage and educate families and individuals towards wellness and self-reliance in health.You will be flexible, able to work independently and as part of a friendly and experienced team, enjoy variety and the challenge of providing care to clients in the community.We currently have permanent full time and part time positions available working rostered shifts.Te Whatu Ora Te Tai Tokerau is committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and holds stewardship for equitable health outcomes for Māori as Tāngata Whenua as the highest priority.Key requirements
  • New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
  • Minimum one year post basic experience or previous recent primary health experience
  • Demonstrated ability to practice in a culturally safe manner
  • Computer literate
