- Experience as an Office Manager/Executive PA at Board level to a Limited company.
- Experience in using a range of IT systems and processes including financial, portfolio, CRM, Office 365 suite and working with Business customers.
- Extensive experience of preparing agendas, presentation materials (using, for example, Microsoft Powerpoint) and other relevant documentation, as necessary ahead of meetings, including Board meetings, liaising with University colleagues and external partners as appropriate.
- Experience of having contributed to projects at a strategic level on behalf of senior management.
- Ability to track finances & provide reporting updates against budgets.
