We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, managing budgets, and overseeing a team of marketing professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing collaterals, including digital and print materials, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, constantly seeking opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development and success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.
Preferred Candidate: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Proficient in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
