Job Role : Working Closely and driving Priority Household and Banking team on Credit Deliverables Penetration of existing client base for increasing the borrowing base from Non Borrowing one To understand client business models, Trade related activities, cash flows etc and identify new opportunities Responsible for NTB opened by RMs on the back of asset products due to the presence of the AS Collaborate with captive channels like SME/WCG/LAP/HL for lead closure of the opportunities identified for lending Qualitative Client meetings / coverage / joint calls Portfolio creation Training & development Job Requirements : Domain knowledge of the Working Capital/ Mortgage/Home Loans etc Relevant Experience in Driving Product sales team with Relationship teams and driving business through available channels Highly motivated and target driven Good Communication Skills, presentation skills and Client handling Experience Excellent selling, Interpersonal and negotiation skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
