- Master or Bachelor degree
- Relevant experience in a product delivery/management, business process/analyst or consultant role
- Experience in exploring customer needs and skills to bridge IT and business
- A curious mindset for the underlying application architecture, relevant IT landscape and technologies across different business units and outside ING
- Realization skills, able to take on a challenge and make it happen
- Strong analytical skills and take decisions based on data and facts
- Strong project management skills and ability to present work to stakeholders
- Fluent in English and a professional working proficiency in Dutch (both verbally and written) C1 or C2 level
