We are local at heart, yet world-class in capability.About the roleThe M365 Consultant plays a key role as a professional services team member of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting solutions end to end for our customers. You will troubleshoot technical issues for customers. You will be accountable for delivering a first-class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services. You will be responsible for providing guidance, advisory and project delivery to customers using best practice and modern technology approaches. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with an enthusiastic team of professionals.As we are a national team and applications from all Australian geographies will be considered.What you'll doAs a M365 Consultant you will focus on:
  • Analyse business requirements developing project documentation including solution designs documents, recommendation reports and systems as-built.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and presentations providing thought leadership.
  • Provide technical leadership for customers Microsoft 365 environments and solutions.
  • Build and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects. Migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Facilitate training workshops. Develop training materials.
  • Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (EG: Change/release)
  • Provide governance and support to customers Microsoft 365 environments.
What you'll bring:
  • Previous experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation as a Microsoft 365 Consultant.
  • Experience designing, building and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience running workshops.
  • Ability to address complex business problems with M365 based solutions.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of core collaboration services in M365; SharePoint Online, MS Teams and OneDrive.
  • Experience developing PowerShell scripts.
Nice to have
  • Experience developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Information management and Information protection (Microsoft Purview).
  • Experience building custom integrations.
  • Experience using AvePoint and Nintex.
