  • Develop and implement communication approach to share portfolio status and updates to key stakeholders in support of building visibility into and driving adoption of the SPM Framework.
  • Develop and maintain communication channels to provide information and updates on the strategic portfolio.
  • Partner with other Arch Communications teams to produce broader employee focused communications for strategic portfolio.
  • Produce multi-purpose content for the various communication channels and presentations.
  • Support SPM leadership in the creation of materials for Arch Insurance North America Prioritization Steerco meetings.
  • Maintain SPM Framework digital sites (SharePoint site and intranet page) and update all materials, as required, to support the Framework.
  • As needed, provide support to initiative teams as they define and establish appropriate communication strategies. and timelines to support initiatives.
Education and Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with internal communication tools, content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to simplify complex information for effective delivery.
  • Experience in developing and tailoring communication materials for different audiences and purposes.
  • Self-starter demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a communications related field.
  • 5+ years prior experience in roles such communications support specialist, communications coordinator
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal/external partners in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts to a variety of business audiences.
  • Experience in change management and/or training is preferred.
  • Experience in project portfolio communications is preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and platforms, including SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.$85,000 - $105,000/yearTotal individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
