Sr Accountant

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including the preparation and posting of journal entries.

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support accurate financial statements and management decisionmaking.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Oversee the efficient processing of vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.

• Collaborate with accounts payable team members to resolve payment-related issues and ensure compliance

• Assist in tax compliance matters, including the support of preparation of tax reporting.

• Provide assistance and guidance to colleagues in the US and Mexican accounting departments, supporting

• Develop and Implement Accounting Policies and Controls.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting/finance positions.

• Proficiency in SAP.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
